About customer complaints

Nordic Equities Kapitalförvaltning strive to have good communication with all customers.

The customers who have complaints, however, can turn to the company’s complaints officer, Lars Kinnunen. The company’s complaints officer register cases received, its nature, and reports to the CEO. Company’s internal procedures for customer complaints can be obtained free of charge upon request.
